DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Shipping costs will be FREE for orders over €35.
ORDER DELIVERY TIME?
Order preparation time: 24/48 working hours. Delivery time is 24-72 working hours from the time the order is sent and you will be notified by email.
Departure days will be from Monday to Friday inclusive, except for public holidays and the days before them.
Shipping costs will be FREE for orders whose amount exceeds 30 euros.
If there is any delay or delay in delivery due to causes attributable to the courier companies, our company will be exempt from all liability.
If for any reason beyond our company's control the package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the costs incurred for the return shipping cost.

The customer has 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to withdraw from any product without giving any reason.
The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered; in its original packaging, without having been manipulated and in perfect condition.
Shipping costs arising from the return will be borne by the customer, provided that the reason for the return is not because the product is defective or in poor condition.
Click&Regala makes every effort to deliver products in optimal condition.
If you receive a defective product, you must contact the customer service department via email at info@clickregala.com detailing the problem and providing invoice details and photographs of the damaged product.
If our department considers that the product has not been handled carelessly or subjected to harmful conditions, the product will be replaced with an identical one or refunded. This procedure will be free for the customer.

WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF USE?
- PRODUCTS. All our products are brand new. The color, size and texture will be detailed in the description, if you have any questions about the color or size, please contact us. Generally, cosmetic products do not include a manual, only some utensils, accessories and devices will include a manual.
- PRICES. Prices include IGIC, but do not include shipping costs.
- PURCHASE PROCESS. You can browse our store and add the products you prefer to your basket. You can access the basket at any time to modify or delete a product or quantity. To complete the purchase you must be registered on our website http://www.clickregala.com . Right of withdrawal: The user has 14 calendar days to exercise this right, without having to justify the decision and without any penalty. Once this period has passed, this right is cancelled. The user who exercises this right must pay the costs of returning the goods and they must be in the same condition as when they were delivered.

- WARRANTY AND RETURNS. In the event of a defective product, we will proceed to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user. The seller is responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years from delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. In this regard, the costs of returning or replacing the products must be borne by the seller, who by law is responsible for any lack of conformity. It is noted that these guarantees will be applied taking into account the nature of the products sold. Our electrical products have the following guarantees: Guarantee of origin: If at the time of receiving your product it is found to be defective, it will be replaced. We will not process any returns if you have not previously contacted us through the “contact” section of our website so that we can be aware of the defective product, authorise its return and assign you a return number. Pack the product in a sealed and perfectly conditioned package, so that it is not damaged during transport. Do not use adhesive tape or write directly on the original packaging of the product. It is essential that you write your return number on the outside of the package and that you attach a copy of the purchase invoice to it. We will send the transport agency to collect the package and, once the product has been inspected and the defect has been verified, a new product will be sent to the customer as soon as possible. Otherwise (that is, if the product does not present any anomaly) the customer will receive the same product again. Manufacturer's guarantee. All our products enjoy a two-year limited manufacturer's guarantee and the user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. In the event of a breakdown, we recommend that you go to the brand's official technical service (SAT). There is an official SAT in almost all cities and you can find out their address by calling the brand's customer service number. If you prefer, you can also send us the product and we will take care of sending it to the corresponding official SAT. In this case, the shipping costs to our address, as well as the return shipping to your home, will be at your expense. The defective product will be sent to the brand's official SAT, and our company will not be responsible for the time it may take for the official SAT to return the repaired product. Before sending us your item, you must contact us so that we have proof of the shipment and authorise its return. Pack the product in a sealed and perfectly conditioned package so that it does not suffer damage during transport. Include a brief description of what is wrong with the product, as well as the purchase invoice. Important: Any manipulation or repair carried out by unauthorised personnel will invalidate the warranty. Always go to an official SAT of the brand. Incorrect product. If the product delivered does not match the one requested in the order, you must notify us immediately.
